Ukraine, and some other countries going through difficulties might need to get a forwarding service from the US to get it quicker instead of paying extra money through UPS or DHL (please check for availability for services in your country before making a purchase)
My package got lost! What should i do?
Unfortunately by the time i ship the plushies and they leave Chile i cannot possibly help you with that! Those packages by the time they leave my country are your country’s post responsibility with the regular shiping method. This is a CASE BY CASE scenario where i will give you the best experience possible no matter what

Yes, there are some other questions i've recently noticed have been asked often enough to need another part for my FAQ.
I got a code and a email saying my package has been sent, now what?
If you ordered something from me i thank you with all my heart, now that i dropped your package by my local post you will get a code that should look like this RR560000CL. This is a universal tracking code that works with my national postal service (Correos de Chile) and can/should be used with any other universal tracking site for international parcels. You can consult whenever you feel like it and it's between the normal range for deliveries to happen internationally (15 to 30 days).
Which depends on factors like postal services in your country, ongoing conflicts, strikes, etc.
I preordered and also bought something as immediate purchase, how will shipping work?
If you placed a preorder just when it started and also bought something as immediate purchase do not worry! i will send your order right away and keep your ongoing order open for when i get to fulfill your preorder when the time comes
My package says that it left the origin country but hasn't gotten here yet, why is that?
Sometimes, packages that i send have to take special slots in commercial flights to get to their destination, which are under care by my national post that makes the exchange with your national postal service when it arrives.
Then after a couple days of getting in your country, either customs or your postal service have to individually scan and check every package, which may take a bit.
Not to worry, this process is protocol and should go OK before being sent to their final destination.
My post lost a package! what should i do?
as unfortunate as it is, i cannot control whatever happens in your country with essential services such as postal services. If that is the case please contact me and contact your local postal service so we can do something about it, but remember, i did comply by sending your order your way and it is beyond my power if they make a mistake.
Will you use another shipping service in the future?
Right now i have Fedex services available and at your disposal, even though it's a bit more expensive than the regular shipping method, it comes with all guarantees given by Fedex, traceability and speed (2-5 business days to get your package delivered straight from Chile), available as an option worldwide!
